We only have two lime trees but the bounty they produced this year was astounding. We confess to using huge amounts of the juice in our G&Ts and the occasional margarita but then we remembered our core business – preserves. That’s where this fabulous, tangy product comes in. Obviously there’s the slather-on-toast option with heaps of butter but it’s also great as a cake glaze, swirled through softened vanilla ice cream then refrozen or even added to the shaker when you’re making a gin-based cocktail.
